What are you working on right now?

Right now I am working on series of encaustic paintings inspired by the life of Adele Bloch-Bauer.

What would you like to say about Manufacturers Village Artist Community?

I am happy to have found the community at Manufacturers Village. My studio space is bright and light. Encaustics can be such a mess and it is fabulous to have my set-up always at the ready. Fellow artists have been so helpful with technical and artistic feedback.. And well, there is also that wonderful Christmas party.

What's next for you?

am planning several larger pieces in the Adele Bloch-Bauer series. When travel is safe I’d like to travel to Austria to learn more about her as I gather inspiration for this work…
