I posted in the message board but figured I'd cross-post here. If anyone knows or hears of any studio space becoming available, please let me know. Preferably larger than 300 sq ft. If you feel your studio has become more of a storage unit than a working art studio, I'd also be happy to take over your lease and make a good home out of it. Thanks! Tet
